Under 15's Selection finish season with a victory
 
 
 
Following on from the Peninsula of Origin Game - A Thames Valley Under 15's selection finished off the season with a good 39 - 7 victory against Botany Downs Secondary College Under 15's last Saturday at Hauraki North.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Under 15’s ‘Peninsula of Origin’ Development Programme 2012

 

This year there will be an U15’s development day followed by a game for those players who have not been selected into the U16’s wider training squad.

This is for players who were aged Under 15 as of the 1st January 2012 (born in 1997 only).

 

Skills Camp - August 18th - Paeroa Domain – 9.30am – 11.30am.

 

This will be followed by a game against the Thames Valley U14’s as a pre-season for this team.

Kick Off 12.30pm. Team to be selected by Paul Downes and Noel Gower.

 

All players are bring their training and playing gear – school shorts and socks (including mouthguards) to the skills sessions as they may then be required to play in the game

 

Following the 18th August - 2 teams will then be selected to represent their respective sides of the peninsula in a one off ‘Peninsula of Origin’ match.
 

Eastern Side: Players from Waihi College, Whangamata, Mercury Bay and Coromandel

 
Western Side: Thames, Hauraki Plains, Paeroa, Te Kauwhata, Te Aroha.
