Swampfoxes 4th at Half Way Mark

At the half way point in the 2011 Heartland season Thames Valley Swampfoxes sit fourth after a 17 all draw with West Coast on Saturday. With a home game against unbeaten Buller this Saturday at Paeroa Domain, the Swampfoxes must win to keep their Meads Cup finals hopes alive. After 2 good wins in the opening rounds they have cost themselves dearly against Wanganui and West Coast with poor first halfs, although in both games outscoring the opposition in the second half 15-10 against Wanganui and 17 - 5 against West Coast.
