The NZ Barbarians returned to Thames Valley again this year, with a similar result to last year, winning 35 to 14 with a try scored right on full time to the NZ Barbarians.

In front of a good crowd for this time of the year, and played in perfect weather conditions (probably too perfect for rugby) the game delivered a fast and furious entertainment package. With only eight (8) Swampfoxes playing, and two of those gone within the first fifteen minutes, it was a good opportunity for future players to show the coaches what they have to offer.

The next opportunity for these players is on Queens Birthday weekend when we play the Corinthians at Paeroa Domain.
